Studio P Cancellation Policy At Studio P, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because services are performed by appointment only, cancellations and rescheduling affect our ability to serve other guests. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service charge. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and may be required to provide a deposit to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service modified, shortened, or rescheduled to ensure quality service for all clients. The cancellation fee may still apply. Deposits: Certain services or appointments may require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred toward a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided.
